I have recently purchased a Reilly T325D from Dean. The bike was perfect, and Dean took the time to make sure everything was set up well. The whole process of discussing, specifying and purchasing the bike was an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble for Dean and he has gone out of his way to make sure I was happy. Dean clearly loves what he does, is knowledgeable and takes a keen interest in delivering top quality and making customers happy. Reilly and the other brands Dean supplies should be delighted with the way he is representing their brand. A top class service!

He is definitely the "Bike whisperer" Husband was ready to explode, phoned Bikewrench great service fixed the problem and now we have a fully functional bike.   Thanks you're brilliant

Really quick and friendly service for my bike repair. Was able to help me out with almost no notice which was terrific. Provided very useful advice for how to properly take care of my bike and what issues I might have in future based on its current condition too.  Would definitely highly recommend and definitely going again if I have any more bike problems.

Dean was extremely friendly and offered to adjust my bike seats for free. Also has tons of extremely high quality and affordable bike equipments, way cheaper than any comparable shops such as Wilko around the area. Also huge advocate of sustainable transport- check out the 'streets ahead podcast' and how Brompton bike is helping us take cars off the road!

Dean was great, really helpful with my bike not changing gears correctly, ran a new cable and made all the necessary adjustments to help me get the most of my bike. Nice to have a local knowledgeable person to turn too. Thanks for providing a great service.
