Absolutely brilliant service. I bought a new bike from here, and the experience was first class from initial order to pick up. Terry and Libby are a pleasure to deal with, and really helpful. I also treat myself to some biking gear from their store too. If I could give Bikers World more than 5 stars I would.

Polite and friendly staff who make you feel welcome, they helped me get my first helmet, and i've taken my bike to them to have the tyres replaced and a puncture fixed, I felt like they did a fast and brilliant job, i wasn't charged to high heaven either! They have an amazing selection of gear on the upper floor and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask the staff! 5 solid stars because they're so damn good!
Spoke by phone with Steve regarding a part for a Kappa pannier. He was attentive, pleasant and eager to resolve my problem and would, I suspect, have done a lot of reading to get me an answer. Great customer service, very impressed.
I bought my new bike from Bikersworld along with a number of other things, the service from them has been 110%. Always happy to help and go the extra mile. When looking for my bike I visited other dealers Kawasaki, Honda and Suzuki, I was amazed how many didn't get back to me, I'd leave my number and never get follow up calls. Either they didn't take me seriously or wasn't bothered about the sale. Crazy. Bikersworld are great. Highly recommended.
These guys fit my mousses and enduro tyres. Always very helpful and Steve put a great deal of effort into establishing what kind of riding I'm doing etc to make sure I had the most suitable tyre choice. I've been using them since I moved to the area 5years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great personal service and they always appreciate the business.
Only good when their confidentt in simple work, dreadful on challenging issues. I've seen them blame paying customers for workshop issues, even accusing machine abuse for their ineptness. I myself have suffered similarly because they simply don't know what their doing in difficult cases of fault rectification. I used to be a prolific supporter but I'm disgusted over my recent treatment! Cannot recommend.

Brought a new bike,Libby was fantastic all the way,never felt pressured a really nice family team,great place,it is a little far but well worth the extra miles..Above and beyond what you would or could expect..
Brought my bike from Mick Berrills in April and taking it back to him a continuous for a fuel problem that he couldn't fix with an over charge, Taking it to Suzuki daventy, had excellent service he fixed it for a resable price, very much happy, now I can keep riding :D
