A great way to experience this area of the Mourne mountains and the stunning Rostrevor Forest.nThe staff at Bike Mourne were very knowledgable and friendly, offering excellent advice and providing me with absolutely the correct bike and equipment for my ride, fully prepared and ready to go for the time slot.nHighly recommended.
Please avoid!nnWe booked two E-bikes for two hours at 2 pm for their Rostrevor site, their Employee turned up late at around 2:05 and we managed to get going at roughly 2:10-ish he was nice and very knowledgeable about the bikes but we were still a bit peeved about the late start, unfortunately the day got worse from there.nnThe track at Rostrevor starts with a gruelling climb which took us about 40 minutes after which my friend's bike developed a motor fault meaning we had to return to the base at roughly 2:50 with the bikes the fella there swapped the bike out for one with 60% battery and said we could have until 5pm it wasnt great that we had to do the 40-minute climb again but we had come a long way just to do Rostrevor so cracked on with it.nnUnfortunately our day got worse as my bike's front brake then failed, Rostrevor's lowest-rated trail is Red which is difficult, I decided that it would be too dangerous for me to continue with one brake and decided to walk the bike down the tiny trail to the hut. This took almost an hour and was quite treacherous with loose rocks and jumps to contend with on a foot-wide path whilst walking alongside a bike. Unfortunately, we didn't receive much sympathy from the bike shop employee when we arrived, who said if we wished to complain we would have to email them.nnI sent an email but received no reply and then decided to call them which is when I spoke with Tom who could well be the biggest Bell End i've had the miss fortune to speak with, rather than apologise for sending me out with a bike I could have broken my neck on he was patronising, childish and accused me of lying.nnIf you value your money and would like to avoid a potentially life-changing accident I would avoid this company.nnIts such a shame as Rostrevor is a brilliant trail and absolutely beautiful.

Great customer service! We rented bikes less than 24 hours ahead and they prepared bikes and all the equipment. Martin set everything up for us and gave us valuable advice.
