We ordered pure vegetarian pizza and in photo you all can see they added beef into it.So, I would suggest you to be careful and I would recommend you to not to buy pizza from this shop. We suffered this but we don't won't other vegetarian people to suffer this. #notobigboypizza
Terrible pizza, very little sauce, poor amount of cheese and absolutely tasteless despite paying for extra, dry pizza base especially for pan pizza - you can't even pick up a slice because it just breaks off in random pieces. Pizza overall tasteless. If there was no sweet corn on the pizza, I may as well have been eating cardboard. Actually cardboard tastes of something. Staff not friendly, got the order wrong. All round not good, better option is spend the same money and go across the road to Pizza hut. Overall, big boy prices, sub-par quality.
We have ordered two large pizza from big boy pizza in Hayes. This was my worst mistake ever ordering from them. The pizza took 2 and half hours to be delivered to us. We called them number of times to find out where our order is but they kept lying and telling us it will be there in 10 Minutes. Then he said will add extra drink for apology, that drink was never added another Lie. What makes matters worse is that the food was cold and there were barely any toppings. How awful. It was the first order we made from this place and certainly will be the last. This place doesn’t even deserve a star it’s the worst pizza place ever and I had the worst experience with them.I don’t understand how people are ordering food from this place that is super awful. Parking: Hard to find parking
Good food, one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. Highly recommendable. Great customer service along with great delivery service. Being a regular customer has its own perks but I must say all my requirements were met. Vegetarian options: Open wide variety of options available for all aspects.
I ordered from Big Boy Pizza for first time. Gentleman taking the order was very helpfull and friendly. I was very impressed with this Pizza when it was delivered. Food was very good Vegetarian options: I ordered a vegetarian hot pizza. Very very nice
Used to be a regular but quality dipped, pizzas over cooked less toppings and stuffed crust was stillton!!! Then purchased recently for a change see if thibgs have improved... seems it got even worse if thats possible and on top of that got charged full price when it should have been the monday collection deal.Food: 1/5
Would give it a zero if I could. person stand at till was rude. Come here if you want attitude. Terrible staff, awful pizza, i don’t usually put reviews but this time I was humiliated by them, the staff is very impolite doesn’t know how to talk to their customer. Pizza is also very awful.
We ordered pizzas and pastries via zomato.. pizzas were cold and taste was horrible..Seems they sent last night's preparation. but very disappointed from taste.
Ordered at 5pm got it at 6.40pm it was freezing cold ! fumming restaurant kept saying 5mins then putting me on hold, he mentioned the rain was heavy but driver turnt up in a car! Don’t take orders if you can’t keep to delivery times false advertising!!!! and be honest with delivery time! Mind you no one would spend there money waiting that long for cold food very disappointed!
I got very embarrassed with my guests after ordering. They were all surprised with the how this is cooked. This restaurant does not put in effort. Not worth it, find somewhere else!
