Easy to use, but beware they will fight tooth-and-nail to not give any of the advertised incentives, and they have just put the price of my room up after about 16 weeks of occupation. Unless you are ready to move your junk out of there then you can't really do much about it and have to accept the increase, it's not like switching your phone provider. Their own insurance is a complete rip off (as you might expect?), get a quote from elsewhere as you have to have something in place before getting your room. Ultimately, do yourself a favour and sell your stuff/go to the tip - much cheaper and less hassle in the long run.

As a social enterprise creating employment for mentally and physically disabled people in sport we have used the Big Yellow to store stock for our growing city center shop. The money saved from the free storage has been directly used to pay wages for our disadvantaged employees. Our high value goods are in safe hands and out of hours safe access is key to being able to restock the shop. Big Yellow has been huge support to us here in Gloucester. The social ethos of the business is reflected in the local management team whose customer service is second to none. With this outlook it is not only your personal possessions that are in safe hands but the broader ethics of an inclusive society.

Have used Big Yellow for packing materials on two occasions in order to prepare for family moves. You get not only the boxes (which are pretty durable and still in use) but all the ancillary stuff like tape, etc, all at an affordable rate. And the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, too. Why go scrabbling around supermarkets for old boxes when you can get the whole lot together at Big Yellow.

Staff always helpful, never seems too busy here, so plenty of time to load / unload. Location is good for access and only 10 mins from M5.
