I cannot recommend Big Yellow Finchley East highly enough. At every point of contact with multiple team members including outstanding manager Tina Miles, all of my (many) questions were answered efficiently and accurately. One example was that, after my rough description of my contents for storage, Tina Miles perfectly selected the right storage space that suited my needs. The facility itself is clean, bright, and easy to access by car or public transport. There is flexibility to access storage units outside of business hours. The team know that moving is a stressful experience. They went out of their way to reduce my stress as much as possible. This is a first-class operation with great, clean, bright facilities managed by talented professionals. Highly recommended.

Price is a steal, comparing to the Finchley North branch up the road and the staff were lovely, patient and helpful

We visited this place during our moving process. Very helpful guy on the front desk this afternoon, so nice and friendly, would definitely recommend this place for your storing needs!!

I called to find out pricing and I had to explain 3 times why and for what I needed an storage , I found that stuff grumpy and unwilling to help . Just please put prices on the website if is too much to ask on the phone. Very expensive prices if I compare that I pay just a bit less in Victoria Station Central London than in Finchley - ridiculous !
