Big Yellow storage at Beckenham was friendly and the service received was excellent. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. I couldn’t not recommend enough for someone looking for professional storage services.
Went to get some boxes but didn’t have any in stock Mike went out his way to make sure the nearest branch had some for me to collect, great customer service

Excellent service and customer experience. I put my things in storage for six weeks and the whole process was effortless and the staff so incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond on a stressful day of moving when I forgot to clean out my storage unit and cleaned it up for me and refunded my money without me asking. Special thank you to Deji who signed me in and Karen, Andy and Mike who signed me out.
