Customer service I'd great delivery drivers are polite and friendly, food is good and reasonably priced. Only ever had issue once here but they quietly rectified the issue. Would recommend for kebabs chips and pizza. Never had an Indian from here so can't recommend it. But over all decent and we regular customers.
I just ordered from here and I am impressed. The chips are some of the nicest chips I have eaten. I also had a chicken Bhoona because I had never tried it before, and the Bhoona was really nice with Really big pieces of chicken. The Chicken kebab meat is lovely as well. I will definitely order from here again.
The only reason I'm giving a 4 star as lately its never open ??? Says its open but no answer
We haven't ordered from here for years so we gave it a go a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the lamb doner but tonight they had changed the meat and it wasn't very nice. We struggled to eat it even though it was cut fresh and everything else was fine. I don't think we will be ordering again which is a shame.
Normally a great place! Always order the same thing as I loved it that much but tonight isn’t right at all! Wanted pila rice and chicken korma It come with rice that was different to what they normally give me and the chicken what ever it is clearly wasn’t korma and was spicy witch I could not eat! Rang up and they sent another one out. Me hoping it to be what I actually wanted and they sent out the same again! Really not happy won’t be ordering again! Now I’ve had to throw it in the bin as to spicy for me.
Top bloke, top food! Actually has some taste to the chicken rather than being bland.
well a large bag off chips £2.80 and I wouldn't even say it was a small. jumbo sausage £2.20 each rediculous. the man behind counter went out to the bin man touched the bin and that in his apron then came back in shop and didn't even wash hands and was handling food won't be eating there again.
Do not order from this place, what a rip off 15 pound for a kebab and chips what was freezing cold, thanks god he gave my money back I wouldn't of fed it to my dog,
As I'm vegetarian, I ordered for Saag Bhaji and Bombay Aloo, vegetarian cheese and tomato pizza accompanied with garlic bread and garlic naan. All the dishes were sumptuous and delicious. The portion size was also up to the mark. The guys running the Big Star are praiseworthy. Kudos to Big Star.
Took over 2 hours for my food to arrive when it did it was cold sloppy and greasy. I payed by card or wouldnt of opened the door . They then forgot my bottle of pop told me that they would bring it back up hour and half later still no pop !!
