PSA: This only gets worse! Please do your due diligence, research Big Motoring World Company before buying. 1 star is too nice, if i could give 0 stars. I would actually give 5 stars for salesmen brilliant Oscar worthy sales and the cutsie coffee/milkshake bar designed to entice customers and keep them there especially when you spend 5 hour's of your life there....nnThe lowdown: AVOID!!! The service is sloppy! Car handed over with a cracked windscreen, dog hair inside central glove box, not valeted properly or at all, and a hard sell on a useless warranty. Do not buy their warranty, go get your own. Which they try to hard sell the useless warranty plus other additions.nnUpdate: Still waiting for a booking under the warranty to even have it seen to be repaired - 24 hours after reporting!! What’s worse, at collection I wasn’t the only one — several customers were complaining about the state of their cars. You pay £10–20k and get handed a dirty, unchecked vehicle. Customers deserve far better.nnUpdate: 48 hours later I’ve still not heard from bookings despite multiple calls. I’ve now been told I’ll have to drive over 2 hours to their prep centre in Kent just for diagnostics once booked in. Be aware: even with the 90-day warranty, you may be forced to take your car ridiculously far for repairs.nnUpdate: 3 weeks later, no repair to windscreen, Big Motoring World have washed their hands off it, even though the crack was hidden under the picture in showroom.... ahhh these cowboys. Also, found out they have 8000 angry customers on Facebook, was briefly banned from Trust Pilot and were featured on BBC Watchdog. They did offer to Valet my car, I would have to return it to their Enfield Branch. No chance!!!

Over the last few weeks I met quite a few salespeople at different garages, and he was by far the nicest and most genuine.nnHe wasn’t pushy at all and was very patient, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. During the test drive he helped set up Apple CarPlay, which I really appreciated and which made the experience feel much more relaxed.
