Completely disgraced with this take away! We ordered on hungry house and collected our food got home and found they had missed out the garlic sauce. I phoned and complained, to which i spoke to a women who had no idea what to do and kept ignoring my complaint and kept saying she doesnt deal with complaints. They then sent me a garlic sauce (which had no garlic in at all), by this time my food was cold. The food was awful and the chips tasted horrible, i shall never be using this take away again they honestly need shut down!

After waiting 2 hours for our food (4 phone calls promising it would be here in 5-10mins) the food arrived missing the chilli sauce. 40 minutes after the food arrived they eventually turned up with the sauce, at 23:58. The rudeness of the staff (yes I could hear you sweating about me when I was on  the call), the ridiculous delay and subsequent lies, the hair in the pizza and finally having someone knock on my door at almost midnight has definitely put me off ordering from here again. Not happy, not impressed and would not recommend using this takeaway. I will be contacting Hungry House directly and getting this investigated

The staff have no idea of health and hygiene, the use the same tongs on raw and cooked food.The staff are unable to communicate well enough to discuss this complaint. I binned the chicken kebab when I got home. Choice, Be hungry or food poisoning?
