The man on the phone was very abrupt , bordering on rude . Didn't really seem to want to check if he can trace the type of tyre that I needed to get a delivery time . In the end went elsewhere . Training issues ?

I agree with Sadie.  They get the job done but I can do without the 'clever' remarks that the tyre fitter has made on the last two occasions I've used them.  It maybe gets him through the day, but is very off-putting and I very much doubt if it's good for the business.

My experience in Big Ms was beyond appalling. one of the employees was ordering me around and where to put my car without giving a clear instruction. After getting out my car I walked into the office confronting him about the situation that just happened he then carried on being rude. When I told him I was a paying customer he seemed to go back into his shell. After trying to rip me off by making me pay £55 for one new tyre, I explained it wasn't that much for a repair and wanted to search around for prices- only then did he tell me it was actually £19.95. Keep well away.
