This waste company are a joke! We have a signed contract that was agreed and signed with them that states! An amount for there services payable by direct debit from us on the 1st of every month and a collection of bins by them every week, they take more money from us every month on different dates of the month and the bins don't get emptyed, we have constantly called up but no one ever returns our calls, this month they have taken nearly 4x of the monthly amount that was agreed with no reason for why! yet our bins have not been emptyed for the past 7 weeks dispute us calling up on a daily basis to rectify this, we have reclaimed our money back from the bank as this company have gone against the contract that they set in place, and yet again they have taken more money than agreed as well as it been debited from our account before the 1st of the month, today after 5 phone calls to credit control they have terminated our contract due to us reclaiming our money back that they should not of taken, they are refusing to resolve this matter and pay us back the other money they have taken from us and our bins have still not been emptyed! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
These guys have great quotes, sign you up for a pittance and a month later feel the wrath of he small print. Fellow scouters beware.
