I bought a voucher for Bibble online and on it  it said that bibble was available in Silverburn. I had to rearrange my schedule so i could go there just to realise that they had closed a couple of months ago and haven't bothered changing the details on their webiste. Complete and utter waste of my time.

It's not as good as it was at the beginning. Perhaps overheads, and ingredient prices have increased and in order to stay competitive in prices, the quality of the milkshakes have decreased.

It was good but waited 30 minutes for my milk shake

I was served by a small person, who had a wee man personality and a bit of an attitude

Purchased a Groupon for part of my daughter's birthday treat. However, apparently we were 5 minutes too late to use it. Had to be used before 1pm apparently Staff were extremely unhelpful.  They simply blamed Groupon and refused to be of any assistance. The voucher was of no use to me afterwards. Left my child very disappointed.

i must say it is very annoying when they constantly run out of ingredients. Also they never open on time and again i had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to get ingredients first thing in the morning. Other than that the milkshakes are good.

Great selection milkshakes but nothing really special. Use to be really good but have changed alot .

Used to be very good but went recently and had one which just tasted of milk no flavour

Disappointed its no longer in buchanan galleries as loved going here and went in today to find out it had moved
