I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, I went to get my eyebrows threaded yesterday. The woman left so many hairs and literally finished in 60 seconds. She was not bothered atall, she also shortened one of my eyebrows which is so annoying. I DO NOT recommend you do anything here, very disappointed.

Worst place I have ever been too! My nails are Awful!! I would not recommend anyone to go there..such rude workers with bad quality of work :( this place definitely needs to be shut down! Paid a lot of money for bad service

Hi ladies. Never go to this salon ever!!! I had my shellac manicure done yesterday and it was horrible .When I came in the price was £8 for removing my previous colour and 18 for the new one, but at the end I was charged £41 :((( Whats this ?????? This is an overcharge, I had this manicure at many other salons, but I never been charged like here, ecen the job was done very poorly, I can see my previous red colour underneath of the new pink one. The atmosphere there also not friendly, staff has been arguing/shouting between each other. I never leave the review like this, but this really upset me and I don't want to let them do the same to someone else.

I wish I had read the reviews on Google and Tripadvisor, Out of desperation I visited Bhavi Beauty which has got nothing to do with beauty, even one star is more than what this place deserves, my visit was for mani/pedi, the place is not equipped for a comfortable experience while having a pedi like resting your feet during having them painfully scrubbed, the hygiene level is in the minus, some tools are supposed to be immersed in disinfectant solution but stood in empty containers which says barbecide on, no flip flops given after the pedi so I walked bare footed on a not so clean floor to go and have my nails done, the service in total was extremely poor, unprofessional and expensive £40 for a mani and pedi which costs £32 in other places, tension between staff was visible which makes you feel that you are in such an unfriendly place, so wanted to walk out half way through, I will have to go to another PROFESSIONAL place first thing tomorrow as my nails and toes look horrible, I was asked to wear my shoes as I was advised that my toes were dry only to come home and find the nail polish was smudged let alone that my nails bed are painful now, the nail polish dryer was so dirty I didn’t want to rest my hands on its base and had to wash them immediately in their dirty sinks, the tissue dispenser was empty so had wet hands while paying through my nose to such poor service, felt sorry for the staff who served me so I tipped her as I bet the boss has no clue to what is going there since they still have Christmas promotions lamely displayed, never visiting again, please save your money and no matter how desperate anyone is it would be advisable to look somewhere else!!! You have been warned!!!

I went in here on a whim while walking past - should have read the reviews first! The staff here are just a bit careless. My beautician didn't ask anything about how I like my brows done, and when I started speaking to direct her she said "yes, yes I'll follow the shape." My brows had grown in a bit so I wanted to show her what I liked and she has now made them overly sparse and too thin. So many places to go in this area, I'm sure there are places with friendlier staff and no card fees. EDIT: I've had a closer look and my brows aren't twins or sisters, they are second cousins once removed! Completely different shapes! I wish I could go down to 1 star
