I went for my assessment today. Staff are amazing polite and have amazing attitude to there work and also explain everything clearly. Receptionists were also amazing. I have to go back 31st January  for my sedation. And have teeth out which I am still nervous about but looking forward to see and be around the positive energy from all the staff

This clinic is absolutely fantastic! I have a severe phobia of dentists and I've not been for years. I first went to there Worcester clinic and the staff were amazing! Had to have a wisdom tooth out and again all the staff were very kind, considerate and caring, Just like the Worcester branch. Highly recommend.

So, for TWO years I've had awful pain from my second to back tooth at the bottom on the left hand side, my dentist referred me to Bhandals dental practice in Cradley Heath and I was seen by their head dentist Doctor Bhandal, in three minutes he had the tooth out! Absolutely incredible! Even my own dentist had spent 25 minutes trying to remove it with no success. Wow! I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Bhandal and the Dental practice itself when you have a situation like this, amazing!

I attended on the afternoon of Monday 11th November to have a tooth extracted.nThe tooth has been giving me increasing pain since June 2024.nThe roots of the tooth went into my sinus, which could have been an issue !!nThe service provided was excellent.nMy tooth was out within 5 minutes the  dentist was exceptional and those in attendance, were all very polite, reassuring and informative.nThank you so much to all 3 in attendance.nI would highly recommend.

I had a wisdom tooth removed that had been causing me issues  well half of the tooth, that my dentist could not remove and, I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. The dentist and staff were incredibly caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.nnThe procedure itself was surprisingly quick and efficient—I’m still in disbelief at how smoothly everything went! I’m so grateful to have had such a positive experience, especially with something that had been troubling me for so long. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in need of excellent care. Thank you Bhandal and team for sorting everything out in such a short amount of time.
