Fantastic Dentist, I have been sent here for sedation in the past and can't remember a lot of course but my son was referred last week for a tooth extraction. He is only 7 and very anxious about dentist. He had gas and air and the dentists where so good with him. I am not gonna lie there was a lot of crying and screaming and it took so long to get him to let them do it but they gained his trust and kept it everytime he asked them to stop they did unfortunately for me that meant that it took about an hour but they were patient with him and where very kind and gentle. I can't praise them enough. There is also a lovely pond in the waiting area with fish in which is nice and calming.

Amazing experience at this dental practice! Had a wisdom tooth removed but Dr Bhandal got it out in minutes. The skill you want when you’re a little nervous naturally about a removal. The nurse was super friendly and helpful too :

Pros - Nice spacious place - Didn't have too wait too long for my appointment - initially came for an assessment but was able to get extraction done same time so that was convenient.  Cons - Would have been good to be given some leaflet advice etc for after care - Maybe some extra gauze for bleeding afterwards. - Dental assistants/reception staff could be more polite.

I got referred here for extraction under sedation, I am a very nervous patient to the point of I can’t even let them use the tools they use to just check your teeth without freaking out.  I arrived and only had to wait a few minutes to called through. There was no waiting in the treatment room I was sedated almost straight way which I was so grateful for as I was getting so worked up. The staff were amazing, I don’t remember much at all except hearing someone reassuring me.  I cannot thank the staff at this practice enough.

absolutely amazing dentist. fitted me in for an appointment straight away, then booked for my tooth to be pulled out. they are amazing with people who don't like the dentist. they comforted me during the treatment and even grabbed my hand when i was scared. i would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.

I attended the practice today to have IV sedation due to being an extremely anxious and nervous patient. The dentist who did the procedure AB I think was lovely, reassuring and made sure I was okay before I left the practice. I was administered the sedative without prior warning but I do think this was better for me as I would have potentially tried to put it off a little while because of my anxiety. I remember asking if feeling light headed was normal and then before I knew it I was in the recovery room. Overall a very positive experience and the staff were really helpful.  The dentist was also lovely and reassured me that I would be fine.  Would definitely recommend this practice.

another surgery had lied to me about treatment and referral so i ended up here without being properly referred. The referral manager handled everything brilliantly and i ended up being treated there and then. The treatment, an extraction by Dr Bhandal, was incredibly quick and almost entirely painless. Cannot recommend enough

As an extremely nervous patient I was referred here for multiple complicated extractions with IV sedation.  I think the dentist I saw was Jonathan. And I must say he and his team were amazing. He clearly explained the procedure and was reassuring throughout.  Visiting the dentist is never a pleasant experience but Jonathan and his team went the extra mile for me and I'm so grateful to them for everything.

Recieved amazing treatment today at cradley practice. On arrival I was very nervous but all staff was very comforting and made me feel more at ease. I have 2 wisdom teeth removed very straight forward. Couldn’t of asked for a better service. Thank you
