Until today Ive had a fairly good experience at this dentist. Two days ago I had a text reminding me of my appointment, I arrived 15 mins early as always only to be told that they have no record of my appointment, when I mentioned the text I was told it must be a glitch in the system and they're too busy to fit me in, I've had a day off work for this and no effort to try and fit me in so obviously peeved.

Useless place, had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Booked in for today Saturday and find the place Shut. Not a courtesy call to inform me, shambolic customer care. They charge you if you miss an appointment. I'll be billing them for costs and inconvenience.

Having read the previous negative reviews I felt compailed to write a review for the first time. What I have read is far from what I have experienced. Just moved to the area and have had several appointment to what is now my new dentist. Thought the service was not only really friendly but also really professional. I think this surgery is a great place and would recommend it to all my family members. Obviously things have changed a lot since the negative reviews. Thank you new image and carry on all the excellent work and service. Many thanks

Alijca is brilliant. I currently have an abscess, and I know when I go down there shortly, She'll not make the pain worse by prodding and poking, but will simply write me a prescription for antibiotics. Also, she is so friendly, warm, reassuring, and will have a laugh with everyone. Last time i saw her, I asked what the strongest pain killer she can prescribe was: she jokingly said a bottle of whiskey. I took her at her word though, and use it whenever my gums are sore. It works. X

Receptionist has poor customer service skills. First visit did not really seem interested in me being a new patient and registering with them. (Made you feel like an inconvience to there day). Second visit to be told appointment has been post poned with no cominication to make me aware. (Again not being helpful) when trying to rebook an appointment.
