Story

at long last, here we are Bew butchers! would you believe it! A Long established business going some 60 years in Thurso. We Try to supply our customers with top Quality meat and Poultry, whether it be a top Restaurant or one of our local bed and breakfasts establishments, or a customers browsing around our great range of products supplied by our local producers. From veg and fruits, Jams Honey, chutneys, preserves to local bakery we try to sell as much local produce as possible. We aslo have a very large range of Pate. We cure our own bacon (sweet cure and smoked) we make all our own Black and white puddings and haggis in store, which keeps us very busy. Our pork sausage range is the best quality, from normal pork sausage to pork and stilton, pork and leek, wild boar, jumbo bbq flavour. we also make a lamb and basil sausage which is very popular with our local restaurant. We also have a very wide range of game, from pheasant to venison. Our Venison sausage and game pies are very Popular. All of our pies are produced and baked in store, from our amazing sausage rolls to our small and large steak pies. We also make other pastry products like our steak burger savoury roll, and pork and black pudding savoury roll. we offer a local delivery service approx 12pm and 4pm deliverys, we can arrange postal delivery and deliver as far as tongue and melness twice a week. pop in to see what else we have to offer and say hello to our friendly helpfull staff members.
