The queue was a bit off putting at first but it was worth the wait. There was another small wait when we got inside but we were given a place to sit with menus, & at least it was warm. Very friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere & it felt like the old days with an open fire. Tables were all well spaced. Quick & very attentive service. A really enjoyable experience for us & the kids. Thank you Bewleys
Came for breakfast, no waiting time. Staff was great, really lovely. Coffee was alright, not the best I’ve had, the mocha had way too much chocolate in it. To eat, we both had the avocado sourdough which was nice! nothing amazing but still good. Will say the venue was beautifully decorated but it was really cold in there. It was nice but not sure I’d go back.
Nice place and wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated. I had avocado on toast with eggs. Great presentation, but the avocado was very cold, like it had just been taken out of the fridge, and was a bit too sour for my liking. The coffee and granola were great though.Food: 3/5
What an experience! Definitely worth the wait too! We only had to queue for 10-15 minutes before being ushered to a table in the restaurant area. Surrounded by a lovely decor including stained glass windows we were instantly greeted with the positive energy of our waitress. Orders were quickly made, and we opted for the Full Irish Breakfast, obviously. The plate is full, full of flavours including sausages, bacon, black and white pudding, poached eggs, grilled cherry tomatoes and their delicious soda bread. Add to that their creamy coffee and you are in for a ride for sure! Naturally we were tempted by the array of cakes they sell to and we had to ask for a box to take away with us a Tropical Meringue Meringue, whipped cream, pineapple & passionfruit compote, prosecco syrup, passionfruit purée. and a Strawberry & Elderflower Mousse Wexford strawberry mousse, pain de gênes, elderflower & sudachi gel.. We quickly ran back to the hotel to pack up before checking out, but we only checked out after we took the time to savour the two patisseries. Let me tell you: that mousse was AMAZING. And the compote of the tropical meringue to die for. They sure lived up to their reputation! Another place we will revisit next time we stop by Dublin!
Beautiful interior! Wish i took pictures, but we were in a rush. The food was very good, and the service was swift and kind! They also had a nice bathroom downstairs, and a cool view of the bakery’s kitchen! We kind of wandered into it from the street, but were really happy we did! : Thank you for serving us!
A really nice place to come for a hot chocolate and a cake. The staff were very friendly and knew a lot about what was gluten free on the menu. Cakes were lovely and hot chocolates were presented beautifully! Recommend if you are visiting Dublin.
Indo-Canadian visiting from Toronto. Wonderful location and atmosphere. Very polite and friendly staff. Food wasn’t worth the price main dish wasn’t anyway but the ambience made it an enjoyable experience. Decent selection of wines but the better ones need to be bought by the bottle. Overall, would return here again.
This is the most luxurious coffee shop i have been in dublin. It is huge and seating is very comfortable . Their ambience is royal and every table has historic moments mentioned in it. Windows are amazing and gives a feel of royalty One should try their chai latte
I have ordered hot chocolate presentation was amazing but taste was really bad and feel like I am having coco powder in water. My expectations was much high due to lots of positive reviews but I didn’t like it.
It was a really wonderful restaurant. I went for lunch and even though I was a bit early they took my order and got the food ready. Everything was delicious, especially the Imperial Beauty tea!Food: 5/5
