Finally got to that coffee shop in the back of the building. This is the place to go for light food and information.
The building itself is fine and the many businesses within have been wonderful. The parking lot is usually overflowing and street parking is hard to get. Unfortunately, there are loiterers making the parking situation worse and the walk to the building a bit of a hassle.

Never ever a place I feel safe. Unfortunately, I had to bring someone in need here and as always the experience was awful. There really should be at least two guards on duty here at all times. I don't suggest sending anyone in this building unaccompanied.
Visited canalside cravings very broad selection of products. Most of which is from local vendors.
Seems like a empty building and not welcoming...... barbershop blasting music doesn't care about people sitting in hallway on the phone or in conversation...... there no front desk for check ins or for directions..... in all should be redone and fixed to run and look like a official office building
I work in the building. It's pretty clean, besides the 5th floor bathroom, lots of nice businesses, ibtook two stars away bc the heat only comes on 3 times a day and our office is freezing and it's bs.
Parking is horrendous! Make all this money and have absolutely no parking for the employees that work here. Even if you buy a permit for your suite still is for one spot when you have 10 plus people in a suite absolutely insane.
Attended the food truck event. Was disappointed..the size of our food fries was terrible. A restaurant said they would be.. didn't realize selling their product from a different vendor. If they were to have it again, I'm not sure if I would go again. Maybe to another vendor.
Beautiful well kept Lockport, NY landmark building. I only wish more of our once lovely quaint "Old Time Lockport" was still around. Far too many of our historical beautiful old buildings which had such character are long long gone ..... We need to continue supporting our locally owned small downtown businesses. These stores are our reason to shop and walk our dying downtown. We dropped off food and baby items for donation to the recent tragedy in Buffalo, NY. This store was Terroir General Store. What a unique place - full of farm fresh produce, coffee and tea, specially foods as well as handcrafted items. Thankfully the stores and their owners in the Bewley Building are nothing like the big box stores on Transit.
