I am a nurse in the NHS and always give positive feedback when deserved. And have praised Bewdley MC in the past. But my recent experience was poor. I  had a consultation on 29th July and was told I was being referred to MSK physio service. I waited patiently  as I know NHS wheels grind slowly after 7 weeks I thought I had better ask for the appointment to be chased. During the last week in September I received a letter advising me that I had been referred that week! And not to chase until after 22nd October. I emailed the surgery regarding this matter but did not receive a reply. If I had received a reply I wouldn’t be commenting on here.

Excellent quality and superb service as always. No problems obtaining an appointment. Always seen on time. I have used Bewdley medical centre for the past 15 years. Based on the fact that I only use the service when I actually need to, I can only comment on the experiences I've had. Thank God for the NHS. Aren't we lucky.....

I contacted through the online service in the morning and with in an hour I was called by a doctor, diagnosed and had the medication I needed prescribed and ready to be collected that morning. Fantastic service.

Whilst on holiday l needed help with medication,  the health centre were most helpful and sorted my problem with efficiency  , the staff were friendly  and extremely kind . 5 star service . With many thanks for everything  , Agnes Norris

All of the staff have been wonderful. Every doctor, advanced nurse practitioner, nurse, district nurses, receptionists have been so kind and understanding. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful and supportive. A lovely practice !
