Asif made mine and my sons firts visit to the practice refreshing. He spent time with both of us, without being rushed. He explained what he was doing at every step. I recommend this practice and will be going back again. Reception staff were lovely and helpful to.
Arrived on time for my 11 am appointment. I am very anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist. I sat in the waiting room getting more and more anxious. I saw the dentist i was seeing come out of his room to make a drink and then he came out of his room again some minutes later. By this time it was approx 11.20 so i asked the receptionist if the dentist knew that i had arrived and was waiting. After checking she informed me that he would be with me shortly. After a few minutes i was called in for my appointment this being 25 minutes late My dentist and the dental nurse apologised for the delay but apparently they were not informed that i had arrived for my appointment. My Dentist then said that he would not be able to do both fillings and would only be able to do the one the better one of the two ... when i asked the reason why i was told it was because the appointment would then go into the next patients time. Of course if i had gone in on time this would not have been the case. So i explained this to the dentist and how i had managed to get there in plenty of time even though there were road closures in place and that my anxiety and stress levels were through the roof. He did agree to do both fillings in approx 20 - 25 mins even though i was scheduled a 40 minute slot I appreciated that both fillings were done and thanked the dentist and dental nurse. Back at reception i was asked if everything was ok - still shaking from the experience!! I explained the receptionist / dental nurse that booked me in was not there thennAfter leaving the building it suddenly came to me ....Why did the dentist ask reception if his 11 am appointment had arrived ... this is something that i would have done,, but No this was not the case and if i had not questioned with the lovely girl on reception then i probably would not have been able to have had my treatment that day. Im not one to complain but on this occasion i was not happy! Im 62 now and i have been with this Dental practise since i was a child!
Welcoming & helpful staff on reception. Reece is an exceptionally good Dentist, not only the quality of his work but his no fuss & relaxing nature only helps further the surgeries already reassuring ambiance. A thoroughly deserved 10/10 from me.
This is a fabulous practice. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have always felt at ease during appointments, so thank you for this.
