We went to the Northallerton cafe recently to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had afternoon tea and it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and very careful to observe social distancing regulations. It couldn't have been better.
service tip top, nothing was a problem. Soup very tasty and the Salmon and prawn sandwich well filled. Good strong Tea, we bought some too take home.
Bought my mums birthday cake. Delicious. Staff lovely and really keeping it covid safe with only 2 customers in the shop at one time
Betty's needs no recommendations, it is always first class with lovely staff
I only used the shop but the coffee beans are very tasty as are the almond macaroons! and everything was immaculate. Staff here could teach many other service industry folks a thing or two about customer care
