Couldn't have had a better team on the day, guys were excellent and took the pressure out of the day.  One dining room table broken but I wasn't too bothered as I knew it would be covered by the company.  Then....the service plummeted.  Have sat on the phone for two months trying to get the table replaced, time after time after time said that action would be taken and nothing happens, more than once it was a 'oh i apologise it slipped our minds or we mislaid the paperwork'.  We have now finally got a claims reference over a week ago and were told that we would be contacted, no contact.  Another Saturday of entertaining family and friends today without a dining room table and our sofas are starting to take the toll from greasy fingers and spillages.

Excellent Service from start to finish.  Quick responses, helpful staff in the lead up to and during the move and the team that did the actual move were excellent.

Would highly recommend Better Removals to anyone on the move!
