I can't fault anything, it's a clean facility with very helpful friendly staff, it has everything you need and more at a great price, never have to wait for a machine as there are lots of each, plus a great variety of equipment overall. Also it has an onsite beauty facility which is a bonus.

Nice clean gym, water fountains are poor and there's always machines that are out of order. Doesn't get to crowded, sauna and steam room always empty which is a bonus.

Ok. Machines well maintained. Often busy at peak times, to be expected.

Ok, some or the equipment is continuously broken, but this is not your David Lloyd or your Bannatyne gym. It's cheap (and the staff are generally cheerful!)
