I’ve been staying at the Mercure for the past couple of weeks due to work, and the service has been absolutely tremendous. The staff have gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, Ash, Rupa, and Sijoy have been exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional. always greeting me with a smile and making sure everything I needed was taken care of. Their hospitality truly made a difference and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.
I have stayed here multiple times over the last three years. I can not fault the new Manager and I am always super happy to see Rupa and Ash on the evenings. They’ve been the best servers over the duration of my stay. They’re always so friendly and helpful. I also can not fault the reception staff but especially Laura always super happy to see everyone and always super helpful. Overall a wonderful working team that make you feel very welcome! You will all be missed
Really nice hotel, great staff and very delicious breakfast.nI stayed over the weekend and there isn't even one thing l could complain about.nThe receptionist was super friendly, got the all information what l needed. And for the price room was really good.nWould highly recommend. Big thank you to all the staff working there, keep doing a great job. Will be back for sure.
Currently staying here tonight for work. I ordered food at the bar and a couple of drinks to have in my room as room service. Ash served me and the delivered the food at the requested time.nnI had no money for a tip and felt so guilty. The food was lovely and I can honestly say I've never met a more helping and lovely man
I have Been for a few weeks and every night during the week we are served by here ash and rupa they are attentive very informative about the menu and go above and beyond to give the best service. Thank you so much, you are very much appreciated by my self and fellow colleagues.nLooking forward to future stays.
