Lovely hotel, full of character and in a beautiful location. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Food is stunning.
The rooms are fine and so is the food but, the man in the reception had a bit of an attitude. The internet connection was better than a lot of other hotels I have stayed at. The layout really does feel like a Victorian street which is a cool feature.
Just held our daughters wedding here. Excellent service from everyone at the hotel. Superb location.
A wonderful short break in Ironbridge. The Valley hotel fulfilled all my needs. I had a good night's sleep, followed by an excellent breakfast. All the staff made me feel very welcome and were of the highest standard. I look forward to returning.
