I have stayed in hundreds of hotels up and down the country for work and this hotel ranks up there with the best. The staff were great friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The restaurant food was excellent Fresh, hot and delicious and good friendly service. we will retuning, don't forget my mini marshmallows Emma.
Lovely hotel rooms nicely decorated with a ensuite with bath. Tea and coffee making facilities including expresso machine. Hair dryer iron and fan also provided.nStaff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, reception desk a little different cute idea worth a look. Emma the general manager was just fabulous really helpful and friendly she absolutely made our stay great.nFood.... what can I say its was amazing the restaurant is definitely work a visit the food was fabulous. Breakfast was also great for choices and cooked to perfection you could mix and match what you wanted from a cooked range and there was plenty of choice from the cold buffet toonnDefinitely worth a stop if you need to stay in the area or just book in for your evening meal
Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. From the warm welcome I received when checking in. To the bedroom which was warm and cosy. Finally to the food which was just amazing all locally sourced and cooked to perfection.nnThe room had all of the amenities you need from a hair dryer to an N'espresso machine.nnThe town of Boroughbridge is lovely. It has a small high street with no national chain just local boutique shops.nnThere are several pubs within the local area that are very good and worth a visit
A great deceptive place.. lovely decor and fascilites, with fab afternoon tea... and i rarely say that about most afternoon teas of late. Good value, nice area and friendly staff.nnThankyou for a lovely experience , well worth a stay or visit if passing through.nnHappy stay, best Em
I stay at a lot of hotels both small and so called big hitters due to my work, and without doubt this is up there with the best of them. Staff are outstanding and will do anything to help you, breakfast cooked to order and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
