Been in a few times and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. The service is very quick and the shop has a good selection of food and drinks. If you are passing by I would recommend popping in for a visit.

the owner , the grumpy old man with the glasses is rude and ignorant and will try to overcharge you especially if you have had a drink, as will his wife , always check your change if they serve you and ask for a proper receipt, the employed staff are generally nice, just watch out for the owners as mentioned.

Not your standard convenience shop, the staff really seem to make an effort - if they haven't got it one time they're sure to have it the next time you pop by! All your standard food, drink but regularly great offers and discounts all served with a smile.
good place, but please always double check how much they charge you. Also, a morning sales man, a grumpy old one with glasses is not very friendly.
Amazing shop with a great selection of wines & spirits that I haven't seen before. Such as 3 Litre bottles of vodka & champagne & even 6 lItre bottles. Some bottles I have never seen before. Also the customer service of the staff and friendliness of the staff is amazing. Thank you Dunelm
Despite having a wide range of stock and a few friendly staff members, there is a lack of customer service from a senior member of staff who is supposedly the owner of this business. This senior member of staff failed to give me a bag when checking-out my items, despite the fact that I asked three times, didn't make eye contact, practically threw my items at me and yet again didn't give me a receipt upon request. I work for a well-known grocery retailer and just to make it clear, behaving in the way that this member of staff does is classed as a sacking offense. No way to treat a human being, let alone a customer! I can confidently say I won't be returning.
