We have already reviewed you. Your staff team worked on our loft over a year ago (2016-17). Since then we have had lot of other work done. Sometimes it takes a while to recognise good workmanship. My wife and I were talking about the service from your company and we feel that we need to let you know that your company has done a great job on our loft. You have the most fantastic staff. Their time keeping was brilliant. They had a good sense of humour, attitude and work ethic. The work they all carried out has been of extremely high standard. Nothing has fallen apart. There are no leaks and the loft looks like it was done yesterday. I know that once people have work done they seem to forget the work carried out. But I have to say my wife and I can not fault anything you have done. We are so pleased that we chose you in the end. Thank you for such excellent work. John Clarke

Bespoke were a complete shambles. Presented well on the sales, execution however was abysmal. Ran 4-6 weeks late, overcharged on the overruns, damaged every other part of the house restoration, then failed to put this right with on-going issues still being found, and are now ignoring emails. Refused to accept responsibility for saying one thing and not delivering on time or on cost. Foreman slept for most of the job in full sight of us and the 2 other building projects going on at the same time up the road. Project manager was better than Houdini when things hit the fan, and made up more excuses when things went wrong. Watch out for the recharging of the parking as well - they stick you with their parking fines. Warranty? What warranty on work that's not even complete. I had friends do an even bigger conversion with Bespoke, and they were inches from managing to bring the house down... they charged for that as well. Never again.

The guys did a fantastic job on my loft conversion in Walthamstow - couldn't be happier! Extremely professional service and was completed on time. I'd have no hesitation in recommending bespoke lofts.

From the outset Stelios, Marc and James were a pleasure to deal with. The price was set for our 2 bed and bathroom loft conversion and there were no hidden extras. The carpenters were absolutely fantastic and the work was carried out overall with the minimum of intrusion. Any issues were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. Schedule was adhered to and we are now left with a beautiful new space. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants a professional and personalised job.
