I was unsure about the air gun laws so I Phoned the shop and spoke to the Gentleman there , he filled me in on all the relevant laws and options available. 2 days later the gun arrived.. superb quality and build. All in all excellent service and advice .I highly recommend buying from these guys.
First time here and it was well stocked, very clean, really welcoming and helpful staff, all round amazing experience! I will definitely be back again soon! I went for the full experience package and after a malfunction on one of the guns they gave me a gun from the John wick package and honestly I’m very grateful! Thank you very much.
I definitely advise against working with this seller. After making the payment, my money was taken and all my attempts to contact them were completely ignored. Despite numerous efforts to get information about my order, I received no response. Due to the lack of reaction, I decided to open a dispute on PayPal to recover my funds. This shop is a scam, a group of thieves who, under the guise of providing services, are waiting to steal from you. They took my £125. They haven't shipped my order and don't respond to messages. I strongly advise against engaging with this thief.nnEdit:nnFinally I got the adapter. Everything works. It's just a shame that I had to contact the seller through a dispute on PayPal
Really battling with an order that was placed and returned and no refund received weeks later and now no reply to emails and phone calls. Will need to take this further if not sorted out. Very unhappy with the service and honesty levels of this supplier.
Made an order at the end of October in which I was sent the wrong item. Sent numerous emails to try and resolve but was ignored. Finally got through via call and was asked to send incorrect item back. Sent the item back and have been ghosted since. Cannot get a response via email or call and have affectively been scammed out of over £30. Been a month now since my order and still nothing. Absolutely terrible customer journey.
