I visited Berwick smile Dental care for two very complex root canal treatments because my dutch dentist advised to extract the teeth and put no more effort in the two teeth. Because I didn't want to lose my teeth I went to Berwick Smile Dental Care. Dentist Indra performed two perfect root canal treatments and I even fell asleep during the treatment 😮👍. Who would have thought that I could be this relaxed in a dentist chair.The treatment was succesful and my teeth are saved. I am very glad I turned to the professional Berwick Smile Dental Care team and I am very grateful for their help!

Before I start I'd like to note that I have had a lot of experience with dental practices, both NHS and private (My partner is a dental hygiene therapist).

I can honestly say, with 100% conviction, that this dental practice is the best I've ever had the pleasure to frequent. Having a large peer group who are dental professionals, I can safely say that Indra exudes an air of expertise and knowledge which immediately puts you at ease, but what's even better is that if she is not 100% sure on any aspect, she consults others before giving you a treatment plan; many dentists just assume they're right and wing it which is a huge downfall.

I am currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with Indra herself, and then once that is done I will be getting a implant, several veneers and composite veneers. There is not one aspect that hasn't been expertly approached and delivered by the dentists and nurses. They have been approachable, customer experience focused and they show great empathy and understanding for how much an impact a person's teeth have on their everyday lives. Indra gave me an option of 3 or 4 different treatment plans and all the information I needed to make a sound decision; many dentists would give just one plan - the most expensive one!

I travel from Newcastle (1.5 hours drive) to see Indra and I don't mind at all because from the moment you arive you're treat like a person, and not like a source of money. I can't wait to continue my treatment and couldn't wish for a better team of people to take my journey with!

Great experience at Berwick Smile :) Getting major dental work done is never pleasant of course, but the staff at Berwick Smile went out of their way to make me comfortable and provide me with the best treatment possible. Even since moving to the US a couple of years ago, I still return to Berwick for dental treatment.

I came into this practice 10 days ago for yet another repair on my front veneer and left feeling very emotionally hurt and angry at the way I was treated and spoke to. I have spent a lot of money on my teeth with this practice and will never go back.
