Used the car park to pick a colleague up. Parking was easy, well laid out. If you are in short stay you still need to get a ticket from the machine and display it, you get 20 mins free. Everywhere else is well sign posted, there is a costa coffee cafe in the station and vending machine for snacks. There was station staff standing for a train to come in, they looked like they were getting ready to aid disabled folks with the ramps for disenbarkment from the train. There is a taxi rank and bus stops right by the station doors.
The last train station of England before crossing to Scotland. It has two platforms and the station is very clean. The staffs here are quite helpful. There are staircases as well as lifts to reach the platforms. Platform 1 is for trains towards London while platform 2 is for trains towards Edinburgh. It has quite a large car parking area. Since it is not a big station, not all the trains stop here. Train is the best and fastest way to reach this beautiful place called Berwick upon Tweed.

A lovely station, bright and clean, lots of parking and very friendly staff
We had no problems with Berwick train station. The train to Edinburgh was on time and parking the car up was easy. I used the pay by phone app for car parking charges. £3.66 for a full 24 hours should I need that long was very cheap. The train station needs a good facelift if I was honest. It is looking a bit grotty but it still serves its purpose.
