In my opinion they don't even deserve 1 star accept for Dr Woods who is the only good doctor there. They never seem to know what the problem is until I go elsewhere for another opinion where I get told exactly what's wrong with me and what I need to do or take to fix it. They all suggest to you to take ibuprofen 2 or 3 times a day and think it will make it all better. This doctor surgery has been nothing but trouble. It's take ages to get an appointment in which one time I had to wait a whole month for a serious condition I had. They seriously need new doctors working here because they don't take anything seriously. I took in a urine sample for them to check out what was wrong with me and the doctors there said there was nothing wrong but when I got the results back after it was sent to the lab they said I have a serious urine infection which needed to be sorted quick and I needed to take a high dose of antibiotics. I was told that the doctor surgery should have picked up on it. I could have had all my illnesses and all the things wrong with me done and sorted by now if it wasn't for the crappy doctors who don't know what they are talking about as even my mum and other family members know what what the things wrong with me are and yet the doctors in this surgery don't seem to know at all and send you away. Dr Woods is the only good doctor and he is the only one that seems to know what he is doing and can actually say what is wrong with me and give me the proper medication unlike the rest of them. If I had the option to move doctor surgeries I really would.

It’s very upsetting for me to have to make this complaint as I have the utter most respect for those who work in the NHS and care for us as a nation, however today a receptionist whose name I do not know disrespected my mother in front of a full surgery. It was to my surprise when she made us both feel ashamed for me wanting to have my mothers phone number used and also just have her with me. The receptionist totally disagreed with this and insisted she only talk to me even though my mother is the one who knows all of my medical history. It was very uncomfortable when my mother was trying to help but every time was told to be quiet not speak. Me wanting my mother in the surgery with me, helping me talk about my problem should not be something to be ashamed of. It should be the norm. This receptionist should not make patients feel like they cannot come into their own surgery for serious matters in case of an instance where a receptionist ridicules you for wanting your mother with you. It was highly disrespectful to have every sentence my mum made have a sarcastic and irritated reply. This did come as a surprise to me as we’ve never had a problem with anyone else there but we feel this receptionist should really rethink the way she treats people who are in need seeking help from the surgery only to be left feeling like we don’t deserve treatment.

Helpful staff every time I've called up. Although this medical center can be quite busy- I understand its a small medical center for a fairly large area and is a temporary building until the new medical center is built, the waiting time is expected as it is with all other doctors. Always managed to get an appointment when urgent and had a reasonable time to wait for a non urgent appointment. Shame to see some poor reviews but everyone needs to remember that people are quick to moan and good reviews and experiences aren't always written. Lovely staff on the phones and reception desk-always try their hardest to not disappoint.

There are quite a few things this surgery needs ot improve on in terms of customer experience. There's always a wait time of at least 20-30 mins, despite you arriving on time and having one of the first appointments. That is clear the clinic starts too late. No one tells you there's a delay, so feels you really disappointed. Some nurses and doctors are not really professional, and lack in any knowledge or experience. Shame as it leaves you with feeling you should've better asked Google...

My other half took her little one (who has asthma) to the surgery and was told by a nurse that the little one was fine, dispite having a cough for 6/7 days . After a week of having the cough and getting no better the doctor she sees announces that the little one has a chest and ear infection! Not exactly confidance inspiring. The nurse also said she would o sort out a prescription for her inhalers due to extra use to help with the cough which would be sent to the pharmacy yet no prescription was sent.....
