Bought an approved used X6 here, truly an amazing experience. Before I walked in, I was sent a detailed personal video for the car, explaining its specs and completely going over it. The staff were also kind and understanding. The car was given to me in a top condition and the scratches were polished like promised. Had a great experience purchasing an approved used mini from Berry’s in Thames Ditton. Karl was brilliant in arranging the test drive and purchase all in one day. He really did ensure everything went through smoothly for us. Due to travelling a long way and care commitments this way extremely helpful to us and I can’t thank him enough for this.
