Dentist is great and all staff are lovely! I'm a very nervous patient and they have always managed to put me at ease instantly and gone out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. Would definitely recommend you pay them a visit!

don't use this dental practice. I never made an appointment, they sent a reminder letter that i have to book an appointment. I ignored the letter because it was just a reminder. I had to even pay for the postage, totally unprofessional. After few months, i rang them and asked to book an appointment with the doctor i was recommended by my friend. I was told i can't have an appointment because i missed my last appointment and dentist doesn't want to see me.

Re 3 strikes and out for not cancelling appointments: I can't believe someone has the cheek to complain against the Dental Practice when they are the one in the wrong! 'Forgetting to cancel twice in 2 years' doesn't sound a lot but most people only go to the dentist once every six months so at best they probably mean they forget to cancel 50% of the time! This is why it can be difficult to get appointments. They should be pleased the Dental Practice is kind enough to give them three chances before striking them off. I'm sure the reviewer would feel different if a plumber etc didn't turn up to an appointment and didn't tell them in advance.

I have missed two appointments in two years and apparently if I miss one more I will be struck off the list, despite me ringing to apologise and reschedule; makes me wonder why I bother. The dentist is ok, I think that the receptionists leave a lot to be desired. The previous comment is quite right, although I don't think it is to do with money, it's just their bad attitude.
