Nice group of people to deal with who were willing to discuss the project. They started on time and with some kajoling finished on time . Kept to budget although the electrician they used was a bit of a shark. They kept to a good standard of workmanship throughout the rebuild ,I also had a quantity surveyor to oversee the work but he was usually happy. One area of criticism is their administration. From their point of view very poor control of invoicing from suppliers , delivery sheets left in skips! Further one error on my part ,I omitted to obtain Fensa certification on the windows and a certificate of damp course work and the company would not supply after I had paid the final instalment. Delay your final payment until you are satisfied with all the documentation, John Wells
