Avoid this shop!!!! It seems that the older ladies are not interested at all, they are interested in making sure you order with them, they do the clicking and then don't want to know about it!!!!. They offered me a dress with the veil and the hoop for a set price. I went back to order it and they did not honour the agreement. I felt for the dress and I keep feeling unhappy about it. At the end the dress was nice but the service was just not the experience that I want to remember . So avoid, avoid, avoid!
Avoid this shop at all cost. They offered me a dress that was dirty and falling apart. Eventually I found one I liked they were so pushy I wanted to wait but out of fear I paid the deposit as they started saying my dress if popular, they would sell it soon. The day after I found the same dress £600 cheaper when I asked for a refund they said to contact head office. I asked for the phone number but they said there wasnt one the after 5 minutes of arguing they gave me a phone number. They refused to refund I went to the CAB they advised by law I have 7 days cooling off period. I am now going to trading standards after getting a signed cancellation of contract dated only 3 days after commiting to purchase. The CAB have told me they can be fined up to 500,000 and face a suspension of selling. I gave the manager the choice of volunteering to refund me or face being fined and refund me. She took the hard route as she couldnt be bothered to talk to head office. She just left us there and hid out back so I decided to sit in the shop for an hour arguing it out but eventually gave up. Now going to trading standards and watchdog.
I would give it 0 stars if I could!! Sent my Mrs in about 4 o'clock today with £5k in her pocket and they spoke to her like rubbish, the snobby girls in the store just wanted to look down there noses like they are something special, absolutely no class in this shop! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy being scowled at!!!
This was the frist shop I went to for my wedding dress. The staff looked after me, they were patient, attentive and helpful. I found the perfect dress, very happy. Would definitely recommend.
Only leaving one star cos you have to to post review, I wouldn't give any !! Appalling service, ordered veil for £159, arrived in cheap plastic bag saying "made in China". Same veil £8.95 on e bay. Cheap and poorly made. Refused refund for cheap rubbish, refused to give supplier name and address. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.
Buying my dress from here and I cannot say how lovely the staff are I have been sorting my dress out with Ruth and she is lovely.. dont avoid this shop!!!!
Went to the address yesterday to find they are no longer there. Put 3 stars there because I actually never been to the shop but wanted people to be warned they are no longer on that address. Don't know if there is a new one tho
