We have contacted Countrywide and have been offered £100. This is considered sufficient compensation for a complete lack of service and refusal to market our land which is near Porthmadog. Disappointing service to say the least. Breach of contract which Beresford Adams seem to take so lightly as to make a mockery of the sales process. AVOID.
Friendly and really helpful to us when we bought our house. Best estate agents I've ever dealt with.
