Stopped here for breakfast before our flight. We had porridge which was warm and tasty one normal milk and one oat milk. You then need to pay 50p extra for a topping - honey, compote, almonds, seeds. They were out of nuts and seeds so I reluctantly had the compote which was much better than expected and not over-sweet. Coffee was also good. Plenty of seating and staff friendly and efficient during a busy time at 6.30am. Plenty of sandwiches, breakfast rolls and cakes see photos
Superb customer service and absolutely delicious and professionally prepared cappuccino and hot chocolate Food choices look fab too although not had any this time around. Staff were kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Also knowledgeable as they helped us with a voucher issue as our flight was delayed over six hours. Very much appreciated the way we were looked after at this airport cafe and would highly recommend stopping here for a bite and a drink when you’re next at Luton airport. Thank you especially to Gabi at BENUGO - you are a true example of excellent customer service!! And thank you to your great team here at Luton!!
First impressions are good - the cafe looks good when you arrive, there are plenty of seating spaces and I really dig the style of the menu above the counter. However, I wasn't too impressed with the coffee, and the staff weren't very bouncing nor friendly which is what you NEED when flying early in the morning. I do like a logo cup though.
First time eating here. Looked at other places and a restaurant nearby was doing an Halloumi Burger for around £15 so to find a Halloumi, Tomato, Spinach and Chilli bun which was in the heater was amazing, especially for just under £4! Also asked for some hot water which they charged 50p for which was a good price. Only downside was that the place was covered in dust at eye level, I wanted to put my head back and relax after my food but didn't want my hair covered in dust, luckily I spotted it afterwards but yes didn't feel very hygienic afterwards. There are lots of options though and it says what is vegetarian and I really enjoyed my food. Vegetarian options: Halloumi Burger, mozzarella wraps! Both hot!
Stopped at Benugo for a quick cappuccino whilst waiting for my flight . Good experience, quick service, decent ambience and tasty, creamy coffee . Would recommend and will be back!
Nice sandwich. Customer service shocking. Staff member at the till barked £3.95 at me. No please. No thank you. In fact, no other interaction. Come on. Up your game. Manners make all the difference.
The food was over-priced for the quality, but the bigger concern was that, when we bought our food at 12:55pm lunchtime, they didn't tell us that they were about to close. Instead, at 1pm, they turned off all the lights whilst we were sat at our table eating our food, and came to tell us that they were now closed. There was no indication on the door, or by the staff, that they would close at 1pm, and no warning or apology for turning off the lights and asking people to leave. 1pm is quite a traditional time to have lunch, so this is really quite strange!
I took a roll with halloumi and spinach and it was so tasty! I am definitely recommending it : you must try! They heat the rolls up too, so when you have been given it it is so warm and soft. Especially good when your roll is with cheese. The variety of rolls and bagels there is outstanding. They also have fresh made porridge and you can choose your own toppings. The prices are affordable and the the staff very kind.
The hot sandwiches are perfect here! Vegetarian too! Calm place to wait before the flight.
Appalling coffee. If had better cups of instant. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee avoid this place. 2 stars because the table was clean.
