Lovely shop staff, but then it all falls downhill from there. 

Customer aftercare is an absolute joke. We ordered a bed from them middle of February, were going to be told that today was the earliest and it hasn't showed up. 

We've been sleeping on the floor for the previous ten days and have now been told we will have to continue to do so for another 2 weeks!! 

Customer service advisors didn't offer any help or support and lacked sympathy. 

I can't understand why it would take over a month to deliver a bed, that we've already bought and paid for.

Go elsewhere, you'd be much off.

Please do not buy from this company very rude customer service advisor Rameez Shah.I placed a order (2 mattress) on 30/03/2018 through phone as I struggled to esign through my phone I called Bensons customer service number more than 3 times. I was reassured I will get hard copy first class delivery which never happened on 09/04/2018 I rang customer service and came across advisor named Rameez Shah. I don’t know what he thinks of himself. He needs to learn there is thing called listening skills. He was not ready to listen to my query instead he raised his voice trying to suppress me. I have never ever came across such a horrible customer service which surprised me. I am sorry to say this but I wonder what kind of people Bensons hires who has got zero knowledge about customer service, if it keeps on going then u will loose more customers. 
Thanks to Rameez I cancelled my order and decided to go with Dreams. I will not support a company who doesn’t treat their customer with respect.
To be honest they don’t even deserve 1 star.
