Well the bed I really liked was here but unfortunately the salesman was dreadful very passive aggressive ordering us about the shop. I asked what was the best bed/mattress they had he told us it was in the back and very expensive not on display he also told us they don't stock sealy but silentnight as it's a better mattress I don't think so so I ended up going to carpetrite and buying a sealy bed . If it hadn't been for the salesman I would have bought the new gel mattress a loss of a very good sale and having been in sales many years he's definitely not someone I would buy from sorry

I am still waiting on hear back from Customer Services about the damaged divans I received and the drawer with no runners. The bed arrived on Monday 10th October and it is now 13th October with only an acknowledgement of my email, images and sales receipt. so no I am not happy. The bed was hundreds of pounds and for which I expect an undamaged product with drawers I can use.
Bensons for Beds acquired Eve Sleep and are no longer honoring guarantees on mattresses sold before Oct 17, 2022. This is a breach of the sales contract Eve Sleep had with customers. Don't trust a company that doesn't honor it's contracts and obligations.
They arrived early and were courteous and very quick. Good job !
It's a shame there isn't an option for 0 stars, staff were extremely unhelpful and didn't seem slightly interested in making any kind of effort, by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had, I honestly believe a group of chimps would of provided better customer service, the only upside was being able to avoid the rain for 2-3 minutes. Avoid at all costs unless you were unlucky enough to get a voucher at Christmas.
Got a bed from here a while ago, Manager Neil went above and beyond to get us a wonderful deal and was always super kind and enjoyable to talk to. Ive had my bed for nearly 4 months and not had a single issue, bed has even helped my back. Highly recommend if your looking for a new bed and have some money to spare.
Benson for Beds, is where I always buy my beds. I buy top of the range and always Staples make that Bensons use. Their Guarantee is second to none. 10 years on the beds I buy. I just had my bed replaced due to a fault 2 years on. Fantastic customer care and the staff in Drumchaple Benson Bed shop. Thank you Benson for Beds.
