This was a very professional and informative experience. I loved the sleep pro technology which helped me choose the right mattress for me. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and I was certainly made to feel like a valued customer. I won't hesitate to recommend Bensons for Beds.

The bed is stunning! Although I had to wait 7 an a half weeks when told purchasing it would be no longer that 4-5 weeks, the communication wasn’t great either,  when delivered the packaging had the wrong size of screws after paying £1024 now have to see if b&q have the right size of screws so more money and time wasting thanks!

Thank you Lyndsey for helping us choose between beds... we received our divan bed and our boys bunks yesterday afternoon  all put together in time for bed last night, and we all had a great night's sleep... the boys nearly slept late for school, they love their new beds. Thanks again xx

A great bed and mattress purchase under the attentive care of Lynsey, whose friendly, non-pressurising approach helped us feel comfortable and not rushed with our decision, and she went above and beyond for us to ensure a smooth experience. Counting down the days to delivery!

I went into Bensons to look for a new mattress as my current one is not as good as it should be. Was a little bewildered by all the options but Barry took time out to explain the differences.  Tried the sleep pro and it said Medium. So tried them and it felt really good. Barry then explained that I could go and try all the different beds in medium. He left me to just wander and every so often checked to see if I had any questions.  Barry was and is amazing at what he does and at no time did I feel he was selling. He just advised me and that is what a good salesman does. Great service first class. I bought a new mattress, bed frame and a headboard.

Bed was supposedly half price at £400, well if i'm gutted with the shoddy product I got I pity anyone who paid "full price".  Base collapsed, memory foam on one side but turning was recommended so sometimes I have to sleep with springs digging into me when mattress is turned.  Twitter acct is full of disappointed customers, lamenting the lack of customer services.  Wish they would just come and take the whole thing away. And I feel sorry for the elderly relative who bought me it under the impression the company was reputable and produced quality products. I've been left with an uncomfortable bed I can only sleep on on side of and the relative is £400 out.  The damn thing is still under the guarantee but Benson's will do anything to avoid paying out and I certainly don't want another product.  Think twice about this company. It's not a bargain if it's faulty and unusable especially as we spend half the day in the bed.  Find the extra money and but a brand name from Dreams.  Avoid these cowboys.

excellent store ,great prices ,very helpful staff  ,and even arranged transport and fitting on a huge wardrobe ,,absolutely first class service !!
