Got served by Martin who asked a few simple questions. He took us straight to the bed we were looking for. Tested a few others but bought the first one we were shown. Which I feel is testament of Martins knowledge. Well done Bensons.

Good People in store very knowledgeable and friendly

We didn't feel pressured at all but received all the information we needed

Customer service shocking i phoned up when you cancelled my bed and the operator thought it was funny cos I had no bed and you wanted me to wait another 12 weeks with no bed and that you would offer me a blow up bed  I wasn't amused at all
