Ordered a bed and was told it would be delivered on 23rd Dec, recieve an email 2 days before confirming delivery on 23rd time to follow. Arrange rwmoval of old bed, then day before they tell us they dont have the frame. They deliver other items. Sleeping on the mattress at the moment which is not helping a back problem. Contact customer lack of sercices and they now tell me the bed will be delivered on 9th of March. Totally unacceptable. Wish to cancel order first told have to do it through internet sercices although ordered through store. Then told to go into store. I admittedly swore through frustration and told call would be terminated. Very poor service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We never felt pushed or unimportant and were left to make our own choice. We neer felt under any pressure at any time.
3 months ago we bought a king otterman and a single ottoman and 2 mattresses. they got delivered today, the two delivery drivers were great! But the lady that delt with us in the Stockton branch didn’t complete our order in collecting the old bed, after phone calls trying to get them to take the bed as arranged for the lady to keep saying ‘I don’t remember the conversation’ that’s probably because she was only interested in talking about different mattresses or her family… Then kept telling me I had to pay for them to remove the bed, after I had already spent 2K, I’m still waiting on a returning phone call! I didn’t even get my invoice/receipt until I mentioned it today even tho I emailed asking for it 2 months ago and never got a reply. then while making up my daughters bed I notice the bed doesn’t line up and there are staples sticking out… I’m waiting on a reply to my email!
Bought our first bed 37yrs ago and our most recent this month..its nice to see first class customer service still exists at Bensons from buying right through to delivery. totally stress free
Very happy with the service Bensons for Beds have provided on this occasion. From first visiting the store, bed/mattress sampling and then the decision making/signing on the dotted line. Very fast turnaround from making payment to actual delivery of bed with no delays whatsoever. I would recommend to others.
They've got a bed that uses science to work out which firmness of mattress will work well for you. Science! The sales people were not pushy, but were very well trained and helped me find the mattress that would work well for me and were able to answer all my questions. The delivery services was quick and arrived when they said they would - even carrying the new mattress up stairs for me. I've had two nights on my new mattress now and I'm loving it. Thanks!
Great experience at the Stockton on tees store, very helpful and really listened , they didn’t push just guided. Overall I would highly recommend!! Thank you for a pleasant visit, I can’t wait to get my super comfy bed delivered .

Great advice when buying a new children's mattress. Helpful staff, great range and variety of mattresses and beds. Really helpful.
Warm, friendly staff, excellent service and a great range of beds and bedroom furniture. We had a first rate experience right from the understanding and incredibly patient member of the sales team who helped us select the perfect bedroom suite to the two delivery guys who dropped off our purchases and placed them in the room for us. Definitely happy customers!
