Used company to provide 2 limos for granddaughters last year of primary party, one car for boys, other for the girls. Beautiful limos, drivers immaculate. Kids had a blast and arrived at school party in style. Fabulous
Terrible company to deal with; >Left our party stranded without transport claiming we were late when in fact they left early as they'd double booked themselves with their next pick up. >Gave us abuse on the phone calling us liars. >The 2 women in our group that were able to get on board at the second pick up location were rudely told to get off. >verbally confirmed a full refund on the phone on the day but then refused to refund the full amount. >refused to give proof their bus was even onsite. honestly 1 star is too much, disgusting service.
Booked to take 17 of us to Glasgow from Ayr & Kilmarnock. Bus driver never showed up in Ayr and when we called him he claimed he'd been there and we were late. He was very rude, swearing and shouting on the phone saying he wasn't taking us because we were late and liars. He then turned up at Kilmarnock early, let two of our group on the bus, continued to verbally abuse two of our group on the phone, chucked the two girls off and told us the fare was cancelled and we'd get a refund. We had to find last-minute transport to Glasgow for the event. The company then refused to refund us, or give us a copy of their Tacho to prove they were at the collection point when they said they were. Avoid at all costs. Driver is an overgrown man child with a disgusting way of dealing with customers once he has their money.
Dangerous driving from an employee of this company. When challenged he said his priority was his passengers school contract so little kids. I am sure the DVLA and police will be interested to know he put other road users including 3 primary aged kids in danger by his behaviour when he could have acted and driven like a reasonable person and not put any of either the children in his car or mine at any disadvantage.
Never complain but this morning I was spoken to by one of their drivers in such a horrible manner. Whilst dropping girls off at school I accidentally parked in bus area rest of drop off area blocked by construction vehicles I am fully aware I shouldn’t have pulled in there to drop girls off however I would have been 10 seconds max. Despite me apologising to driver after he tooted his horn at me, he then felt the need to come over to my vehicle and continue to go on about it. His attitude was disgusting and intimidating. I apologised again but still he continued. I am sure if this was my husband who had done this he would not have bothered to come over. Rather then just letting me drop off and go which as I said would have been seconds he blocked me in and made the whole situation longer and worse. Disgusting behaviour from the driver who thinks it’s acceptable to speak in such an intimidating and condescending manner to people. I will be taking this matter further.
In my opinion this is a dishonest, unprofessional company. I bought a bus from them which had structural defects, not mentioned at purchase point. I have tried to complain numerous times and had no response. Take care if your children travel with them. The bus we purchased was unsafe.
Nice family run business that makes you feel welcome
I arranged a funeral for someone a few years ago and was delighted with the service and a most competitive price.
Hired a bus from them driver was very helpful bus was OK for what it was needed for will use again
Nice comfortable coach, pleasant driver. and they found my wallet which I had mislaid on the coach!
