Myself and my wife Karen would like to express our deepest gratitude on the way the death and funeral was handled by yourselves of my father-in-law Mr John Furbank. We were made to feel welcome from the very start. The funeral went very well and we found your professionalism outstanding. It was a very emotional funeral but my wife took comfort in that fact that you had handled it with care and compassion.
