Called to pre warn of a large order a week in advance , owner said he would come in early on that day to turn fryers on. He asked me to call at 10am on 21st to order for that day 60 hungry footie fans. Order placed, he even called me back to confirm a few details. 12.30 delivery came and went NO Delivery !!!! called to be told " i told him Wed " !!!! That was not the case !!! 60 hungry people - thank God for McDonalds not what we wanted but they went the extra mile to help us out. POOR POOR SERVICE
Good quality fish n chips every time. Got to time it right otherwise there will be a wait.Food: 4/5
Worst cod and chips I’ve had for ages. The batter was thick, tasteless and over cooked. The chips, when I unwrapped them at home had become a soggy lump. Again these were tasteless, I could only taste the ketchup I had put on them. I will definitely not be using this place again! Date: 26th March 2022.

Freshly cooked fish to order and excellent chips, what's more to like? The place is very clean and has a great menu to select from, I highly recommend the fish goujons and scampi!
went for the first time yesterday, it is very well maintained, clean, super-friendly owners, quick service... the food is absolutely amazing and definitely the best takeaway in Hemel!

Just had Two large Cod and one portion of chips absolutely well worth the money one portion of chips was enough for three people and the fish was huge and not greasy it was gorgeous will definitely be back again
Nice fish and chips. Fish cooked fresh, lovely. Ordered medium size chips and got a mountain which would have fed two people easily, i couldn't finish them. Will be using again when in Hemel.
