Absolutely shocking service. Will only give you an appointment if you phone up at 8am on the day of, but ask everyone to call at that time, meaning you can't get through. Also useless if you're working every day. Been months and I can't get an appointment for something I'm really worried about. Seems like the receptionists just want you off the phone more than they ever want to help. By far the worst practice in the area to the extent I'm probably gonna have to move surgeries to cowdenbeath again despite being in benarty area. Genuinely disgusted and disheartened that I can't even get a doctors appointment without adhering to their ridiculous and unrealistic schedule.

Ridiculous surgery. 90% of the reception staff think  they are doctors . Rules regarding prescriptions and prior booking of appointments are ridiculous and petty. They make life difficult for mon-fri workers by not offering early or late appointments in advance which means mornings or afternoons off work to see a doctor. I had much better treatment where I lived previously in Kirkcaldy and find the whole Benarty medical practice a joke.
