We got some adorable gifts here for family & friends during our visit to Fort William and we also went for breakfast on our last day before the drive home. Lovely experience all round, the food was delicious and hot and the ladies inside the actual store were very welcoming and polite. Would absolutely come here again!
We pit stopped here on our trip to the highlands and were welcomed with utter rudeness and no understanding. We were carrying our own lunches as we are fasting for a religious holiday, the lady asked us not to have our meals here even though our trip organiser had mentioned that we can get our own lunches and have it here. We also saw that others eating their own meals but they were never asked not to eat inside. Is it discriminating?? Never visiting this place again!! Manager kept talking about us with other colleagues and giving looks even though we ended up eating outside in rain and getting a coffee from this place.
Great store with plenty of gear in, from Whiskey and Shortbread to Cloths and toys. The restaurant is the best hidden gem here, food is great and well priced. 9 piece fry up pick your own 9 pieces only £5.25..
I have been thru many parts of Scotland but the people in this shop were some of the rudest I have encountered. There is no customer service here they act like assisting you is something they don’t want to do. The cafe food is cheap but tastes cheap too.
This is my first time in fort william and I found the shop was awesome the staff were fantastic
Good place to have a meal, buy some souvenirs and use the restroom.
This is such a lovely quaint shop and much bigger than it seems from the outside. I spent an hour inside admiring all the curios and woolen fare I would want when my ship comes in. Clean and airy with the smell of coffee in the air. Nothing better than that to a weary hiker. xx
Large location, good place to sit and eat too, whiskey section and clothes
Nice little stop. For hikers it is nearly ideal. They have some good quality supplies inside store. A nice eatery, were good hot food is served. Really interesting Whiskey shop attached as well. A perfect stop for stocking up for any day trip really.
