Had a great experience as their tenant over the past 2 year, would have been very happy to stay but life has moved on for me. Jo and Will have been very helpful and quick in sorting any issues with the house. Had a smooth end of contract too, and they found a new tenant quickly so I received a rent refund and full deposit. Very happy with their service! :)

We rented our house with Jo and Will couple of months ago, but since the beginning they have been very helpful. If there is any issue with the house, they always help us to sort it out. So far, I would recommend them, as they are approachable and professional agents.

We have dealt with Belvoir Lettings now for a number of years as landlords and have always found Jo and Will extremely approachable and very efficient.

The job is always dealt with in a professional  and courteous manner.

We rented house through them. House was after renovation, new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets, but was very dirty, e.g. loads of building dust etc. We treated it as our own, didnt ask for money when  switch in living room at first destroyed few good bulbs and then broke. On moving out we had professional carpet cleaners and i washed and cleaned everything from top to bottom. Agency came back saying they will deduct £60 for mold in silicone in bath, little spot of dirt on skirting, oven is not clean enough, sink not shiny enough and extractor fan above hob not clean, do that agency will hire professional cleaning company. Me and my husband came back same day again, spent over 4 hours cleaning that it was spectacular shiny, and they still deducted from me £15 for dried leak in oven door to which i gould not get to, as glass in the door not removable. I pretty much dont have any money and £15 a lot for me. Please keep proof of everything what was wrong before you moved in.

Will and Jo are an exception to the rule. Most Estate Agents are crap. They are not! They both do what they say, when they say it. They are fair and always professional. If you are either looking for agents to manage your property or want a company that care for you, the individual, then look no further. My wife and l have dealt with more than 7 estate agents over the past decade and Belvoir are head and shoulders better than the rest.
